It is ideal for families and couples seeking a nature-focused farm holiday. Cows, calves, chickens and cats provide an authentic farm experience. The apartment on the second floor accommodates up to 4 guests and features a double bedroom with an extra sofa bed for 1 person, plus another sofa bed for 2 in the living kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, moka pot and kettle. Dish soap, tea towels, toilet paper and hand soap are provided. The balcony offers beautiful views of the Dolomites, including Rosengarten and Schlern. A bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm milk, eggs and jam is available on request for an extra fee. The shared outdoor sauna with panoramic views is open daily until 9:30 pm. Wi-Fi, baby cot, children's bed and high chair are provided free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included for the entire stay; extra changes are available for an extra fee. The spacious outdoor area features a lawn, garden, terrace, barbecue and playground. There is open storage for bicycles. A washing machine on the ground floor can be used for an extra fee. The area offers many hiking trails, e-bike routes and climbing spots. The ski resorts Carezza, Obereggen and Seiser Alm are 25–30 minutes away. In Steinegg, you will find two small grocery shops for daily needs. Bolzano is about 30 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away. Arrival by car is recommended. Pets are not allowed.

The living kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, dish towels, hand soap in the bathroom, and toilet paper are provided. Enjoy views of the Rosengarten, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, from the balcony.
