The cozy 45 m² "Schlern" apartment is located on the family-run Heiglerhof in Steinegg (Cornedo all’Isarco), South Tyrol, just 30 minutes from Bolzano. Cows, calves, chickens, and two affectionate cats create an authentic farm experience. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples, and those seeking peace who want a nature-focused holiday in the Dolomites. Situated on the 2nd floor, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. There is a double bedroom with an extra sofa bed for one person, plus another sofa bed for two in the living kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, kitchen towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in the bathroom are provided. Enjoy a wonderful view of the Rosengarten and Schlern mountains from the balcony. On request, you can use a bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm-fresh milk, eggs, and jam for an extra fee. The outdoor sauna on the terrace is shared but can be used privately until 10 pm. Bed linen and towels are included for your stay; an additional change is available for an extra fee. The spacious outdoor area features a lawn, garden, terrace, barbecue, and playground. There is a covered storage area for bikes and a heated room for ski and winter sports equipment. A washing machine on the ground floor can be used for an extra fee. The surroundings offer many hiking trails, e-bike routes, and climbing opportunities. The ski areas Carezza, Obereggen, and Seiser Alm are about 25–30 minutes away. In Steinegg, you will find two small general stores for daily needs.

The apartment on the 2nd floor accommodates up to 6 guests with two double bedrooms, one featuring an additional sofa bed. The living kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, kitchen towels, hand soap in the bathroom, and toilet paper are provided. Enjoy views of the Rosengarten, part of the UNESCO World Heritage, from the balcony.
