The 45 m² apartment in the 2nd floor consists of a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Wi-Fi is available for free. A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair are available. You can start the day with coffee on the balcony with great views of the Dolomites and the valley or spend the evenings in the communal outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue, as well as a garden with a playground area for children. Outdoors, the communal sauna invites you to relax after an exciting day in the mountains. After a 6-minute drive (4 km) to the centre of Steinegg, you will find a supermarket, restaurants, a bakery and bus stops. The area offers numerous opportunities for hiking, climbing, mountain biking and even motorcycling. The skiing areas Carezza Ski and Obereggen-Latemar are a perfect setting for snow fans. Other winter sports include snowboarding, tobogganing and cross-country skiing. The foot of the famous Catinaccio Group can be reached within a 70-minute drive (44 km). South Tyrol’s wonderful capital of Bolzano (Bozen) can be explored after 30 minutes by car (18 km). The skiing areas Carezza Ski/Welschnofen (25 min driving distance) and Obereggen-Latemar (30 min driving distance) are perfect settings for snow fans. Parking spaces are available on the property. The 75 m² apartment on the 2nd floor consists of a living kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as another bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is also available, so the accommodation can host up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A baby cot, a children's bed, and a high chair are provided. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a wonderful view of the Dolomites and the valley, or spend your evenings in the communal outdoor area with terrace, barbecue, and a garden with a playground for children.
