Cows, calves, chickens, and two affectionate cats offer you an authentic farm experience. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples, and those seeking peace who want a nature-filled holiday in the Dolomites. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and accommodates up to 4 people. It features a double bedroom with an extra sofa bed for one person, plus another sofa bed for two in the kitchen-living area. The kitchen includes an oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, dish towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in the bathroom are provided. Enjoy wonderful views of the Rosengarten and Schlern from the balcony. On request, you can use a bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm-fresh milk, eggs, and jam for an extra charge. The outdoor sauna on the terrace is shared, but available for your private use until 10 p.m. Bed linen and towels are included for your stay; an additional change is available for an extra charge. The spacious outdoor area features a sunbathing lawn, garden, terrace, barbecue, and playground. There is a covered bike storage area and a heated room for ski and winter sports equipment. A washing machine on the ground floor can be used for a fee. An EV charging station is available for a fee. The area offers many hiking trails, e-bike routes, and climbing spots.
